Come Bye Border Collie Rescue adult dogs offered for adoption have been heartworm tested and are on heartworm preventative, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and, in season, on flea/tick preventative.
Come Bye Border Collie Rescue puppies are wormed for intestinal parasites, received their age appropriate vaccines and are microchipped. If too young to spay or neuter, the adopter will agree to spay or neuter the puppy as a part of the adoption, along with the payment of an additional $100 deposit.
Please note this dog's foster home Location is included on this page, but you must go through the adoption process and be approved prior to doing a meet and greet with the foster dog.
I'm looking for my furever home. I'm about 5 years old. (I didn't dig that big hole behind me. That was my foster sister, Shaka. She's looking for her furever home, too.) I was heartworm positive when I came into the rescue. I have completed my treatment, but I'm still on R & R a little longer. I'm neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations and preventatives. I'm looking for a home with a tall fenced in yard because when I am not on R & R, I can clear an obstacle four feet high. I would love to have a canine sibling to run and play with. I like car rides, even to the vet's office. I love visiting all the nice folks at the vet's office. I'm a good patient, and I'm a favorite with the veterinary staff. Please contact my foster mom at ebaxter2010@outlook.com for more information about me.
This is North.
He is a 5 year old Border Collie being fostered in Urbana, Illinois. He's smart, athletic, and sweet... North isn't quite ready for adoption. He completed his second and third heartworm injections on the 9th & 10th of this month. He's on R & R for awhile. If you would like to sponsor North with his road to recovery with his vet bills, please click on the sponsorship button. Thank you for your consideration.
